Thanks to the generosity of donors, The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital is providing funding for iPads that will enable BJC HealthCare patients to stay connected virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thanks to generous donors, The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital helped researchers at Washington University School of Medicine researchers be among the first in the country to test whether blood plasma from COVID-19 survivors can be used to successfully treat critically ill coronavirus patients.

As health care workers across the globe face the COVID-19 pandemic, the leadership of our nurses is more important than ever. Now more than ever, generosity is uniting people across the globe as communities find creative ways to show support, through sidewalk chalk and yard signs, meals for our frontline medical teams, city-wide rallies in honor of essential workers, and donations to support BJC HealthCare’s response efforts.

Crocs Inc. has joined forces with Famous Footwear, owned by St. Louis-based Caleres Inc., to donate 2,000 free pairs of comfortable and durable clogs to The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
